Order Information



The following is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the targrid.com website, owned by GARCIA MARIN SYSTEM S.L (hereinafter the provider). Acceptance of this document implies that the CLIENT:

  1. You’ve read, you understand and you’re agree with this text.
  2. That he is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
  3. That it assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the provider’s website www.targrid.com.

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify said Conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.

Identity of the parties

On the one hand, the supplier of the goods or services contracted by the CLIENT is Garcia Marin System SL, with registered office FISCAL ADDRESS: POLIGONO INDUSTRIAL CAN PETIT, CALLE PUIGBARRAL 34 i 08227 TERRASSA BARCELONA CIF: B61791158 and customer service telephone number 672 066 594, and on the other, the CLIENT, registered on the website using a CLIENT name, over which he has full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.

Object of the Contract

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale born between the provider and the CLIENT at the moment in which the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.

The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific product or service.


The contracting procedure may be carried out in the three established languages.

The CLIENT, in order to access the services offered by the provider, must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required.

The CLIENT may not choose as the name of the CLIENT words that are intended to confuse others by identifying the latter as a member of the provider, as well as abusive, insulting expressions and in general, contrary to the law or the requirements of morality and good manners.

In any case, the provider’s contracting platform will inform the CLIENT, once the contracting procedure is completed, via email regarding all the characteristics, price, forms of transport, contracting date and delivery estimate of the contracted product or service.

Delivery of orders

There are 3 possibilities for collecting material.

  • Pick up in local. (The client will physically pick up the material at the manufacturing site. No postage will be charged.)
  • Collection with client agency. (The client manages the collection through a preferred transport agency. No postage will be charged.)
  • Delivery of the material through the provider’s agency. (Postage will be charged, which will be reflected before the payment is made)

The orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the CLIENT. In this way, the provider does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the CLIENT being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender as well as the recipient, so it cannot claim any responsibility against the provider. Delivery times are from 1 to 7 days depending on the stock of the product. The client will be notified of possible delays.

Price and validity period of the offer

Los precios que se indican respecto a cada producto NO incluyen el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA) u otros impuestos que pudieran ser aplicables y en todo caso se expresarán en la moneda Euro (€). The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. Right of withdrawal

The CLIENT will have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. In any case, the costs related to shipping will be assumed by the CLIENT and the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.


All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in their description.

In accordance with current regulations on consumer goods guarantees, our products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of the purchase invoice, although during the first months the defect that the product may present is presumed to be original. factory, unless proven otherwise, the customer must demonstrate that it is also an original factory defect if it occurs after the sixth month and before two years. Always with invoice or purchase receipt.

Garcia Marin System S.L will process the warranty with the technical service of the product brand.

Once the article has been analyzed by the technical service, three situations can occur:

– That the technical service fix the product and be returned to the customer.

– Have the technical service exchange the item for a new one. In this case, the same item will ALWAYS be returned, not being possible to exchange it for a different one (except for lack of stock).

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the CLIENT, agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the CLIENT’s domicile.

In the event that the CLIENT is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the CLIENT expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent and that are legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.

As it is e-commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could eventually happen that during the purchase process the stock runs out.

In the event that the product is out of stock, from www.targrid.com they will contact the client to inform him of the situation, indicating, on the one hand, the approximate delivery date on which the order will be supplied, without price increase, and on the other hand, the customer will be offered the option to send you a product with similar or superior characteristics to the one that had been initially requested, the client being able to exercise their rights of withdrawal and resolution in the same terms as if it were the initially required good.

If the stock break is definitive and the client does not accept any of the proposed options, the amount paid for the same will be paid in full in accordance with current regulations. The company will not be responsible for those typographical and / or photographic and / or computer errors that may occur.
